All Sales Are Final 

All sales are final.  Please read product descriptions carefully before placing your order.  Please request any additional photos if needed before placing your order.

Handcrafted Nature

Each piece is handcrafted in our work studio making every item unique.  No two pieces are identical.

 Shipping

• All items ship via USPS and include a tracking number.
• We ship within the United States only.
• Orders are typically shipped within 1-3 business days.
• Please verify your shipping address at checkout.  We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. 
• Once the items are in the hands of the carrier, we are not responsible for any lost or stolen items.  

Returns & Refunds

All sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges due to the nature of the items.

Please review all product photos, descriptions, and measurements before purchasing. Feel free to contact us with questions or requests for additional photos.

Order Cancellations

• If production or shipping has begun, we may not be able to cancel your order.  Please be prompt if you decide to cancel.
